• Manage identity and secrets with Keycloak, JumpCloud SAML, and External Secrets Operator; Velero backs up every cluster.
• Brought AI tooling into daily platform work: Claude Code agents with Jira and Slack MCP integrations, locked to plan-only access on infrastructure repos, plus Gemini Enterprise and local models on Ollama.
